Delete your account

You can delete your Redline account at any time, from the app or from this page. Deletion happens straight away.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, email, password and sign-in sessions
  • Your profile: username, display name, avatar, bio and garage
  • Every spot you posted, and all its photos
  • Your comments, likes, follows, blocks and event RSVPs
  • Your points, ranks and logbook
  • Notifications to and from you

What we keep

  • Moderation records: reports you filed and actions moderators took. They stay so we can show what was done, but they're no longer linked to you.

When

Immediately. Your profile and spots disappear the moment you confirm, and the photo files are deleted from storage at the same time. Copies in our database provider's short-term backups roll off within 30 days. Questions: our contact email (it will be listed here before the public launch).

How to delete it

  1. 01In the appOpen Settings, tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm.
  2. 02On the webSign in, come back to this page, and confirm with your password.
